Working with the medical community

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with members of the Vanderburgh County Medical Society about the many health care issues that were addressed during the 2015 legislative session.

Understanding the needs of the medical community is imperative for me to remain informed during the legislative process. When health related legislation is authored, I do my best to understand the impact it would have on the health care community including patients and providers.

The best way for me to research this information is through direct constituent correspondence from those who have first-hand experience. I see the Vanderburgh County Medical Society as a tremendous resource and hope that those reading this feel encouraged to reach out to me. If you have any legislative ideas for the upcoming session, please contact me prior to the bill filing deadline on Dec. 11.

I remain dedicated in my service to House District 78 and encourage you to follow the legislative session starting in January.
