STATEHOUSE (Aug. 6, 2024) – "After years of planning and hard work, we officially have an interstate connecting our state's capital to Evansville. Extending I-69 will make travel to and from Southwestern Indiana much easier and safer, and open countless possibilities for more economic development. This day has been a long time in the making, and I look forward to seeing how it further cements our reputation as the Crossroads of America."
