STATEHOUSE (March 13, 2026) – State Rep. Heath VanNatter (R-Kokomo) recently welcomed local students to the Statehouse where they participated in the Indiana House Page Program during the 2026 legislative session.
"Through the House page program, students are able to interact with their legislators and see their day-to-day work at the Statehouse," VanNatter said. "It's a valuable experience for young Hoosiers to better understand state government and the path a bill takes to become law."
Area students serving as pages during the 2026 legislative session were Parker Griffith from Lafayette, who attends Lafayette Christian High School, and Sawyer Marler from Delphi, who attends Delphi Community Middle School.
VanNatter said as a page, students interacted with lawmakers and staff, toured the Statehouse and joined lawmakers on the House floor to watch the legislative session.
