STATEHOUSE (April 19, 2023) – "Our state remains in a strong financial position, with more opportunities and economic growth to come. With our steady fiscal outlook, I believe we can continue to move Indiana forward on behalf of hardworking Hoosiers. As we finalize the state budget, my focus remains on putting taxpayers first and taking care of our state's immediate needs, including support for education and families. We can cut taxes and pay down debt while wisely investing in our future. I look forward to continuing to work with my House and Senate colleagues, and Governor Holcomb to finalize our state's next budget."
