Student pages join Rep. Heine at the Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (March 21, 2018) – State Rep. Dave Heine (R-New Haven) recently welcomed student pages to the Statehouse.

As a House page, these participants toured government offices, helped staff with daily duties and joined Heine on the House floor during the legislative session:

  • Tristan Brooks, from Fort Wayne, attends Snider High School;
  • Andrew Sackschewsky, from Fort Wayne, attends Concordia Lutheran High School;
  • Luke Spangler, from Woodburn, attends Woodlan Junior/Senior High School;
  • Taylor Swymeler, from Woodburn, attends Woodlan Junior/Senior High School;
  • Austin Taylor, from Fort Wayne, attends Snider High School; and
  • Thomas Wegmann, from Woodburn, is a homeschooled student (Pictured with State Rep. Kathy Kreag Richardson of Noblesville).

Heine said students aged 13 to 18 should consider participating as a page during the 2019 session.
