Student pages join Rep. Burton at the Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (March 23, 2018) — State Rep. Woody Burton (R-Whiteland) recently welcomed student pages to the Statehouse.

As a House page, these participants toured government offices, helped staff with daily duties and joined Burton on the House floor during the legislative session:

• Julienne Ahande, from Franklin, attends Whiteland Community High School;
• Colton Crick, from Martinsville, attends Greenwood Christian Academy;
• Andrew Cruse, from Greenwood, attends Greenwood Christian Academy;
• Emily Hamner, from Indianapolis, is a homeschooled student;
• Rachel Hamner, from Indianapolis, attends Plainfield High School;
• Rebekah Hamner, from Indianapolis, is a homeschooled student;
• Tien Huynh, from Franklin, attends Whiteland Community High School;
• Danny Ketchum, from Nineveh, is a homeschooled student;
• Garrett Stafford, from Nineveh, is a homeschooled student; and
• Virihia Stafford, from Nineveh, is a homeschooled student.

Burton said students aged 13 to 18 should consider participating as a page during the 2019 session.
