STATEHOUSE (Dec. 13, 2018) — “As a longtime Richmond resident, I am saddened by the tragic event that occurred in our community this morning. My heart goes out to the students, staff and families who experienced such distress. Thank you to our school officials and first responders who acted quickly to secure the situation.”
