STATEHOUSE (Jan. 29, 2025) – "Our courts are a critical partner in upholding the rule of law and strengthening public safety in our state. I'm grateful to Chief Justice Rush for her steady hand and leadership as well as to all members of the judiciary doing meaningful work on behalf of the people. I'm particularly proud of the courts' focus on supporting Hoosier families and protecting vulnerable children, and of the growing number of adoptions occurring in our state facilitated by our legal system."
