Note to the Press: Please include the following statement from State Rep. Ed Soliday (R-Valparaiso), author of Indiana’s historic road funding plan, in your coverage of CNBC ranking Indiana No. 1 in the country for infrastructure:

STATEHOUSE (July 11, 2019) – “Hoosier lawmakers worked diligently to support and improve our state’s infrastructure in a way that is comprehensive, responsible and sustainable. Our conservative plan ensures Indiana’s roads are maintained and paid for by the motorists who use them, without passing any debt on to future generations.”
