STATEHOUSE— “This year we were able to address and find solutions to several significant issues that were affecting our state. We were able to come together and pass legislation with bi-partisan support and end the 2012 legislative session on a good note. By working extra long hours, sometimes late into the night, we were able to finish this session 3 days early which will help save taxpayer dollars. “We addressed many issues such as job creation, additional funding for kindergarten and the phase-out of the inheritance tax. These bills will make a difference in the lives of Hoosiers across the state and right here in District 85.” |
