Rep. Olthoff: Local resident gaining experience with the legislature
STATEHOUSE (Feb. 17, 2016) – Rep. Julie Olthoff (R-Crown Point) welcomes local resident, Aaron Storer, to the Statehouse where he is interning with the House of Representatives during the 2016 legislative session.
Storer, a resident of Crown Point, is the son of David and Sandra Storer. A Crown Point High School graduate, Storer graduated from Purdue Calumet where he majored in advertising.
As an intern in the House Majority Communications Office, Storer helps write press releases, create legislative handouts and set up press conferences.
The House of Representatives offers paid internship opportunities to college students, law-school students, graduate students and recent college graduates for the duration of each legislative session.
