STATEHOUSE— “This session, we passed needed and important legislation to benefit Hoosiers. Legislation passed will fund full day kindergarten, remove illegal substances from store shelves, and streamline our state government. “A top priority of mine this session was protecting homeowners. I authored a bill that will protect homeowners, when their home is devastated by storms, from deceitful contractors who arrive to clean-up after these storms. I also worked on a bill which will ensure that more precautions are used when transporting food across our state. “It has been an honor to represent Fort Wayne during this legislative session. I will continue to fight for issues that are important to residents of District 84, such as protecting the sanctity of life and making our government smaller.” |
