STATEHOUSE (July 29, 2020) – State Rep. Jim Lucas (R-Seymour) invites House District 69 constituents lunch and conversation Saturday, Aug. 1, to discuss issues affecting the community and state.

District constituents are welcome to join Lucas starting at 11 a.m. at Rails Craft Brew & Eatery, located at 114 Saint Louis Ave. in Seymour.

“Every month of this year has felt like one blockbuster movie after another, and I want to make sure I understand what issues are most concerning to our community," Lucas said. "I want to meet with constituents to hear their thoughts and answer questions in an open mic format, giving folks a few hours to discuss any and every topic."

Weather permitting, the event will take place outside on the brewery's patio. Otherwise it will be held on the second floor in the large event room. The restaurant urges guests to wear a mask to go inside, but said it can come off while eating or drinking.

Those unable to attend who have questions or input can contact Lucas's office at 317-234-9447 or by email at
