State Representative Todd Huston (R- Fishers) issued the following statement in regards to INDOT’s plans to add I-69 lanes from Fishers to Anderson:

STATEHOUSE- “I am pleased with the Indiana Department of Transportation’s proposal to add a third travel lane to both northbound and southbound I-69. This decision will improve congestion on I-69, which averages more than 100,000 vehicles a day.

“I am proud of the legislative leadership shown by the General Assembly and the work done to make sure Indiana maintains our roads and infrastructure. Road funding and a focus on the future needs of transportation is imperative if Indiana is to be known as the Crossroads of America.”
