STATEHOUSE (Dec. 15, 2025) – The U.S. Department of Homeland Security recently launched its Worst of the Worst website where residents can search for criminal illegal aliens removed from their areas, according to State Rep. Craig Haggard (R-Mooresville).

According to the website, a number of criminal illegal aliens have been removed from Indiana, including from House District 57.

"When violent criminals are removed from Indiana, the public has a right to know," said Haggard, who serves on the House Veterans Affairs and Public Safety Committee. "This tool empowers Hoosiers with information to stay alert and helps law enforcement keep our communities safe."

Earlier this year, Haggard supported House Enrolled Act 1393, a new law to improve coordination between local law enforcement and federal immigration agencies. Haggard joined colleagues in a meeting with national security experts Tom Homan and Chad Wolf for a briefing in October about ways the state can partner with the federal government to enforce our immigration laws.
