STATEHOUSE (April 16, 2026) – State Rep. Mark Genda (R-Frankfort) recently welcomed local students to the Statehouse where they participated in the Indiana House Page Program during the 2026 legislative session.

“Opportunities like the page program give the next generation insight into what public service truly means,” Genda said. “I love getting to show students from House District 41 how the ideas that start in our communities become discussions and laws at the Statehouse.”

These area students served as pages during the 2026 legislative session:

  • Luis Madera, from Frankfort, who attends Frankfort High School;
  • Max Whitlock, from Frankfort, who attends Frankfort High School; and
  • Blaire Wellman, from Lafayette, who attends Rossville Middle/High School.
