Rep. Engleman welcomes student pages to the Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (Feb. 27, 2017) — State Rep. Karen Engleman (R-Georgetown) recently welcomed the following student pages to the Statehouse.

As a House page, these participants toured government offices, helped staff with daily duties and joined Engleman on the House floor during the legislation session:

• Kayla Crone, from Depauw, is a homeschooled student;
• Jocelyn Engleman, from Georgetown, attends North Harrison High School;
• Jaymee Jansa, from Lanesville, attends Lanesville Junior-Senior High School;
• Madelynn Keinath, from Sellersburg, attends Silver Creek Middle School;
• Noah Keinath, from Sellersburg, attends Silver Creek High School;
• Nicholas Kistler, from Charlestown, attends Silver Creek High School;
• Gabriel Romero, from Laconia, attends South Central Junior-Senior High School; and
• Brooklyn Wernert, from Ramsey, attends North Harrison High School.

Engleman said students aged 13 to 18 should consider participating next session. She was joined by her two granddaughters, Jocelyn Engleman and Brooklyn Wernert.
