Rep. DeVon: St. Joseph County student gaining experience with the legislature

STATEHOUSE (Feb. 10, 2016) – Rep. Dale DeVon (R-Granger) welcomes St. Joseph County resident, Nick Seifer, to the Statehouse where he is interning with the House of Representatives during the 2016 legislative session.

Seifer, a resident of South Bend, is the son of Jack and Jill Seifer. A Marian High School graduate, Seifer currently attends Ball State University where he is majoring in telecommunications.

As an intern in the House Majority Communications Office, Seifer produces videos, helps run and monitor social media, and creates and designs caucus handouts.

The House of Representatives offers paid internship opportunities to college students, law-school students, graduate students and recent college graduates for the duration of each legislative session.
