Note to the Press: Please include the following statement from State Rep. Ron Bacon (R-Chandler) in your coverage of the Indiana Attorney General’s update given today regarding the investigation into the 2,246 fetal remains stored on the property of the now deceased Dr. Ulrich Klopfer in Illinois. Klopfer performed thousands of abortions in Fort Wayne, Gary and South Bend clinics between the years 2000-2002. His medical license was revoked in 2016.
“The state is working to bring the remains of aborted Hoosier children back to Indiana to lay them to rest. I will continue to work with the Indiana Department of Health to ensure that all children, born or unborn, are treated with the respect and dignity that all human life deserves. A preliminary investigation is still ongoing, and anyone who may have further information or connections to this matter needs to contact the Attorney General’s office at 317-234-6663 or firstname.lastname@example.org.”
State Rep. Ron Bacon (R-Chandler) represents House District 75,
which includes portions of Warrick, Pike and Spencer counties.
