STATEHOUSE (Sept. 25, 2019) – State Rep. J.D. Prescott (R-Union City) and State Sen. Jeff Raatz (R-Richmond) will hold a listening session in Randolph County Wednesday, Oct. 9, to meet with local residents about issues affecting the community and state.

The listening session kicks off at 6:30 p.m. at the Randolph County Fairgrounds Purdue Extension Office, located at 1885 S. US 27 in Winchester.

“As a public servant, it is important to meet with local residents and discuss different topics and issues so we can best represent our community in the General Assembly,” Prescott said. “We will also discuss summer study committees and what we are working on ahead of the next legislative session, and I hope a lot of people can join us.”

“We need input from community members in order to do our job well,” Raatz said. “I strongly encourage local residents to attend our listening session and share their position on important issues facing our community.”

Those unable to attend who have questions or input can contact Prescott at 317-232-9600 or Raatz at 317-232-9400.
