State Rep. Matt Lehman (R-Berne) earned a 100% voting record according to records from the House of Representatives. Legislators are sometimes unable to vote on a bill if they are out of the room during the time of the vote, absent from the Statehouse on a session day, or in the case of a malfunction with the voting machine. Rep. Lehman, however, did not miss a single vote of the 279 taken on bills and resolutions this year. "A legislator should make every effort to be present when it is time to vote." said Rep. Lehman. "Every issue deserves my attention and my vote. It's what I was elected to do, and that's what I will work to continue doing." Rep. Lehman has served in the Indiana House since 2008.
