“I love the opportunity to attend ‘Meet Your Legislators’ events,” said Rep. Crouch. “Making myself available to hear my constituents’ concerns helps me to better understand and be able to address their issues back in Indianapolis.” The legislators in attendance will discuss the 2013 session. More importantly, they will listen to what issues the public would like addressed in the coming year. “During my time in public service, I always try to bear in mind that I have two ears and one mouth for a reason,” said Rep. Crouch. “I believe that it is twice as important for me to listen to the concerns of my constituents then it is for me to tell them about my personal priorities. House District 78 is not my seat; it’s the people’s seat. It is imperative that people participate in the process and provide input in order for me to best represent them.” This ‘Meet Your Legislators’ event will be held between 9:15 AM and 11 AM this Saturday, December 8th the Evansville Central Library on 200 SE Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
