STATEHOUSE—“Today Indiana becomes the 23rd Right to Work state in our nation providing Hoosier workers increased freedom to decide whether to financially support a union. Further, passage of this law has already begun to bring job commitments to Indiana and new opportunities to bid on projects, including southwest Indiana, for which we had previously not been considered because we were not a Right to Work state. This is a great day for Hoosier workers and the future prosperity of our state.”
