"Having been a teacher, I am very excited to be selected to serve on the Education Committee, especially since we will be discussing such a critical issue -ensuring our students are obtaining a quality education.

"Speaker Bosma continues to push our plan forward to reward Indiana's quality teachers, focus more dollars in the classroom and expand the opportunities available to students, and I plan to do what I can to continue his efforts."
