STATEHOUSE - On Wednesday, State Representative Randy Frye (R-Greensburg) traveled to Morris Indiana to present a special honor to a local business.

Morris Feed Mill Inc. was established by John A. Nordmeyer and his brother William in 1911.  A century later, Kip and Cliff Nordmeyer now carry on the Nordmeyer legacy. Rep. Frye presented them with a certificate of recognition from the Indiana House of Representatives recognizing them for their continuous service to the community and to Indiana's agriculture.

"The Nordmeyer family was honored to be recognized by State Representative Frye for 100 years of business," said Kip Nordmeyer. "Our business has always stood for home town service and strong family values."

"Long-standing members of the Hoosier farming community deserve recognition for the hard work and commitment they have shown. It is important that we recognize them for their contribution to the economy of Indiana, and for the high-quality food they provide for people throughout our great country," said Rep. Frye.
