"The governor gave a wonderful presentation. I appreciated his emphasis on what good, positive Hoosier optimism we have in our state. Although we are in tough times we have to do everything possible to keep ourselves in a stable condition and remain positive. Moving more money to the classroom, holding the line on spending and passing property tax caps are all on our agenda this session, and tonight was a great starting point."
