Rep. Koch has been named to the Commission on Courts and the Regulatory Flexibility Committee.

The Commission on Courts will evaluate and make recommendations to the legislature on issues that include:
. The use of mechanic's liens in the state as contemplated in House Bill 1179
. Renter safety
