STATEHOUSE— State Rep. Mark Messmer (R-Jasper) will be hosting a town hall meeting on Monday, February 6. Rep. Messmer will be joined by State Sen. John Waterman (R-Shelburn). The meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers in Washington, Ind.
