"It is so great to have a Greenwood native come to the Statehouse and have the opportunity to give the prayer," said Rep. Burton. "I consider it an honor to have someone from my community come to see this side of government, to get a better idea of how things work. "He did a spectacular job, and I think everyone took something away from his kind words." Giebler is the executive minister of programming at the Greenwood Christian Church. His responsibilities include coordinating the church's teaching ministries, which include the Heaven Bound Children's Ministries, Crosswalk Youth Ministries, Women's Ministries, Adult Discipleship and Greenwood Christian School, along with sharing weekend preaching with Senior Minister, Shan Rutherford. "I had such a great time coming to the Statehouse today to speak on behalf of the Greenwood Christian Church," said Rev. Giebler.
