[r52] Rep. Yarde reacts to State of the State (1/10/2012)

Tuesday, January 10, 2012

Start Date: 1/10/2012
End Date: 1/10/2012
STATEHOUSE - “It was an honor to be in attendance at Governor Daniels’ final State of the State address. I think what the Governor had to say reminded us of the fiscal solvency the state has seen, top rankings it has received and the fact that no taxes have been raised. The Governor’s address reminded us of where we want Indiana to go and ultimately addressed ways we can continue to foster a stronger Indiana.

“With a new legislative session comes new challenges, but keeping Hoosiers and their families at the forefront of our efforts will always remain a priority and is why we seek to find avenues that provide employment opportunities across the State of Indiana.”

Rep. David Yarde represents District 52 which includes parts of LaGrange and Noble Counties. Rep. Yarde serves as Vice Chair of the Family, Children and Human Affairs Committee. He is also a member of the Elections and Apportionment, Roads and Transportation and Utilities and Energy Committees.
