What: Elkhart Echo Taps Celebration When: Monday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m. Where: Rice Cemetery, 400 James St. in Elkhart What: Veterans Day Assembly When: Monday, November 11 at approximately 1:15p.m. Where: Elkhart Memorial High School, 2608 California Rd. in Elkhart Rep. Neese will be one of the speakers to offer remarks at the Echo Taps Celebration. The public is encouraged to attend this ceremony to honor our women and men in uniform. Rep.
