STATEHOUSE- Rep. Tim Neese (R-Elkhart) will be speaking Tuesday, May 1 at the Elkhart Noon Exchange Club at 12 p.m. and the Neighbors 4 Neighbors meeting at 6:30 p.m. Rep. Neese will be discussing the Health Care Compact which he authored along with the 2012 legislative session. The locations and times are listed below.
