STATEHOUSE— State Rep. Tim Neese (R-Elkhart) will be hosting a town hall in conjunction with Family and Social Services Administration Thursday, Sept. 1 at 11:30 a.m. at Elkhart City Hall’s in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Rep. Neese will be joined by Dawn Hetzel, a representative from Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), to answer various questions of senior citizens, including the CHOICE program, nursing facilities administration, aged and disabilities concerns among other topics.
