Creating jobs by raising taxes on businesses by $400 million is like healing a cut on your hand by cutting off your arm. It's backwards logic at its worst. "If you want less of something, tax it. The House majority raised the taxes on employment through the roof. Why should they be surprised when employers respond by refusing to hire more Hoosiers?"
