STATEHOUSE (Jan. 21, 2020) – State Rep. Jim Pressel (R-Rolling Prairie) will host two public meetings Saturday, Jan. 25, to hear from members of the community and discuss important issues being considered during the current legislative session.
“The 2020 legislative session is in full swing, and there are several important bills being debated by House and Senate lawmakers,” Pressel said. “As I begin voting on these measures and work to represent our area, feedback from members of our community will be extremely helpful. I look forward to connecting with constituents at these meetings, and hope to see many people there.”
The first meeting will take place 9-10 a.m. at the La Porte County Public Library, located at 904 Indiana Ave. The second meeting will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the La Crosse Public Library, located at 307 E. Main St. Pressel will discuss legislation he has introduced as well as top issues being discussed this session.
