STATEHOUSE (March 13, 2024) – State Rep. Kyle Pierce (R-Anderson) recently welcomed Emil Siefener, a foreign exchange student from Germany who attends Anderson High School, to the Statehouse where he participated in the Indiana House Page Program during the 2024 legislative session.
As a page, Siefener assisted lawmakers and staff with daily duties, toured offices of all branches of government in the Statehouse, and joined Pierce on the House floor to learn about the legislative process.
"Paging at the Statehouse is a great opportunity for students to be a part of," Pierce said. "I hope Emil's experience at the Statehouse inspires his curiosity and interest in public service."
