STATEHOUSE (May 29, 2025) – State Rep. Danny Lopez (R-Carmel) on Tuesday honored retiring Superintendent of Westfield Washington Schools Dr. Paul Kaiser for his more than 40 years of service to the education community.
Kaiser, who has served as superintendent in Westfield for the past four years, will retire in July after 44 years of being an educator.
"Paul has been a strong leader of our community schools over the last four years," Lopez said. “With his leadership and dedication to education, he has made a lasting impact on the students, families, and staff. I wish him success in his well-deserved retirement."
Kaiser began his career as a teacher at Kokomo Haworth High School, became an assistant principal at Eastern High School in Greentown, and was principal at Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis. He also held the assistant superintendent role at Noblesville Schools before being named superintendent of Monroe-Gregg Schools in Monrovia. Kaiser served as superintendent of Beech Grove Schools for 13 years before he took the job with the Westfield Washington school district.
