Note to the Press: Please include the following statement from State Rep. Matt Lehman (R-Berne) in your coverage of the ‘Next Level Roads’ Initiative announced today by Gov. Eric J. Holcomb:

STATEHOUSE (July 13, 2017) – “Millions of dollars are being invested in infrastructure throughout the state, including in our area. In fact, Adams County is slated to receive nearly $22.5 million for local projects. In Wells County, over $8.5 million will be provided, and with Allen County’s major roads and highways, more than $83 million will be used for infrastructure projects in the next five years. This significant funding made possible through the historic roads plan enacted by the General Assembly this past session is an effort to improve safety on our roads, cut down on wear and tear on our cars and trucks, and advance our economy.”
