Lawson welcomes local students to the Statehouse during 2026 session

STATEHOUSE (March 17, 2026) – State Rep. Ethan Lawson (R-Greenfield) recently welcomed students to the Statehouse where they participated in the Indiana House Page Program during the 2026 legislative session.

“It’s great to see so many students from our district taking the initiative to explore the Statehouse and participate in this program,” Lawson said. “I love that young Hoosiers want to visit and learn how our state government works, while being a part of the legislative process. It really speaks to how bright the future will be thanks to the next generation.”

These area students served as pages during the 2026 legislative session:

• Wyatt Anderson, from Pendleton, who attends Pendleton Heights Middle School;
• Christopher Garrison,  from Greenfield, who attends Greenfield Central Junior High School;
• Isaac Hiatt, from Pendleton, who attends Pendleton Heights High School; 
• Silas Maguire, from Greenfield, who is homeschooled;
• Esme Maguire, from Greenfield, who is homeschooled;
• Callum Maguire, from Greenfield, who is homeschooled;
• Clara Messier, from Cumberland, who attends Burge Terrace HomeEducators;
• Rowan Messier, from Cumberland, who attends Burge Terrace HomeEducators;
• Jackson Mollet, from Anderson, who attends Pendleton Heights High School;
• Bradack Reske, from Pendleton, who attends Pendleton Heights High School;
• Blake Robertson, from Greenfield, who attends Nature’s Gift Micro School;
• Chase Scott, from Greenfield, who attends Greenfield Central High School;
• Quentin Bellotti, from Pendleton, who attends South Madison High School; and
• Luke Zelinga, from Charlottesville, who attends Eastern Hancock High School;

During their day as a page, they interacted with lawmakers and session staff, toured the Statehouse and joined Lawson on the House floor to watch the legislation process in action.
