STATEHOUSE (Nov. 20, 2024) – Tony Isa of Angola took the oath of office yesterday to serve as state representative for House District 51, which includes all of LaGrange County and a portion of Steuben County.
Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush administered the oath to all House lawmakers during a swearing-in ceremony in the House Chamber at the Statehouse during Organization Day, which marked the formal start to the 2025 legislative session.
"I'm thankful and blessed to be representing our area at the Statehouse," Isa said. "I look forward to hitting the ground running to serve House District 51 and continuing to improve our thriving communities."
A longtime Angola resident, Isa is a small-business owner and local real estate agent. He previously served four years on the Steuben County Council.
Isa and his wife, Desiree, live in Angola with their three children and his father. Their oldest daughter lives in Fort Wayne with her husband.
