STATEHOUSE (July 13, 2023) ― House Speaker Todd Huston (R-Fishers) today announced the 2023 interim study committee appointments for members of the Indiana House of Representatives.
Interim committees meet throughout the summer and fall to take a deep dive into hot-button issues facing Hoosiers. Members hear from the public, and various experts and stakeholders as they work on ideas for bills ahead of the legislative session in January.
“With another successful session behind us, our members are excited to get back to work and dig in on a wide range of issues impacting Hoosiers," Huston said. "Whether it's continuing to bring down the costs of health care or boosting our workforce, our goal is to identify challenges and opportunities so we can hit the ground running in January.”
