STATEHOUSE (Sept. 28, 2016) State Rep. Bob Heaton (R-Terre Haute) and fellow Republican members of the Indiana House of Representatives are seeking interns for the upcoming 2017 legislative session, which runs from January through April.

“Gaining valuable work experience in today’s competitive job market sets applicants for a position apart from their peers,” Heaton said. “Internships with the House of Representatives provide opportunities to develop and build upon skills acquired in college as they apply them in the professional world.”

Heaton said these are full-time positions, Monday through Friday, with a typical work day starting at 8:30 a.m.
