Note to the Press: Please include the following statements from State Reps. Martin Carbaugh (R-Fort Wayne), and Bob Morris (R-Fort Wayne) in your coverage of the Indiana State Department of Health denying a state license to Whole Women’s Health Alliance to operate a new abortion facility in South Bend:
STATEHOUSE (Jan. 10, 2018) — “The Indiana State Department of Health made the right decision denying this abortion facility licensure in South Bend. The public support for pro-life continues to remain strong in Indiana. This is a victory for the unborn,” Carbaugh said.
“I will always continue to fight and protect the lives of the unborn. I fully support the decision of the Indiana State Department of Health in denying this license. Rooted in the laws of our state, this judgement was fair. Keeping an abortion clinic from opening benefits not only the people of South Bend, but the entire state,” Morris said.
