Engleman hosts local judge, veteran at 2020 State of the Judiciary

McClure is a graduate of the veterans court program in Harrison County, a pre-trial diversion program providing second chances for low-level offenders. During the annual address, Indiana Chief Justice Loretta Rush highlighted pre-trial diversion programs and the role they play in helping communities address jail overcrowding and reduce recidivism.
