Culp honors Jasper County Community  Services for longstanding care

STATEHOUSE (Nov. 4, 2025) – State Rep. Kendell Culp (R-Rensselaer) recently honored Jasper County Community Services with a House District 16 Declaration to recognize the organization's 50 years of public service.

Since 1975, Jasper County Community Services has been committed to providing quality care and services to the residents of Jasper County. Culp said the employees and directors have compassionately met the needs of our growing communities for the last five decades, improving the lives of countless Hoosiers through programs that help families, empower individuals, and bring together our towns and neighborhoods.

"From public transportation to energy assistance, Jasper County Community Services has been a pillar of the community," Culp said. "Congratulations on the milestone of 50 years of quality care, service and programming. I look forward to your continued impact."

Jasper County Community Services provides care and programming in areas such as public transportation, energy assistance and education, health and nutrition education, legal services and more to residents in Jasper County, supplementing the resources needed for a thriving community.

A House District Declaration is a local award presented to Hoosiers in House District 16 who serve their community with high distinction and positively impact the lives of others.
