Beumer, Kennedy and Duehring will participate in a ceremony to name a portion of Highway 27 the Capt. Charles Engle Memorial Highway. Engle was a decorated Vietnam War hero from Lynn. The ceremony will include a flyover by the Indiana Air National Guard.
