STATEHOUSE (Feb. 26, 2018) — “While in attendance at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Saturday, I saw Winchester Community High School finish the season 26-3 after a hard-fought championship loss. The work ethic demonstrated by these players helped them have a fantastic season and reach the championship game. I want to congratulate Coach Gutierrez and her players on such an amazing season. Not only did they excel on the court, but they also did so in the classroom. Our community is proud of these student-athletes, and they should be proud of themselves.”
