STATEHOUSE (Feb. 21, 2018) — State Rep. Bob Behning (R-Indianapolis) honored the life of Dr. Kevin Rodgers on Tuesday with a resolution at the Statehouse.
Rodgers, a practicing emergency physician in Indianapolis for more than 15 years, was murdered during a burglary at his home in November 2017.
“Dr. Rodgers was a strong pillar of our community and touched so many lives,” Behning said. “Those fortunate enough to interact and work with him, know he had a passion for teaching and helping those around him. From his service in the U.S. Army to coaching the Cathedral High School lacrosse team to saving countless lives in Central Indiana emergency rooms, Dr. Rodgers’ life was dedicated to selflessly serving others.”
