Bacon supports dropped challenge of 18-hour ultrasound law

Note to the press: Please include the following statement from State Rep. Ron Bacon (R-Chandler) in your coverage of the recent announcement that Planned Parenthood has conceded in a lawsuit challenging an Indiana law, which Bacon co-authored, requiring ultrasounds at least 18 hours before a woman undergoes an abortion:

STATEHOUSE (Aug. 21, 2020) – "Pregnant women deserve to have access to as much information about their health as possible," said Bacon, co-author of the law. "This is a legitimate law that will save lives, and I remain dedicated to fighting for those without a voice."
