STATEHOUSE (July 2, 2019) – State Rep. Michael Aylesworth (R-Hebron) was recently ranked as a pro-economy, pro-jobs legislator in the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s annual Legislative Vote Analysis.
Aylesworth earned a score of 90% based on his votes cast in agreement with the Indiana Chamber’s position on 38 bills during the 2019 legislative session. Legislation considered in the scoring included increased investment in rural broadband, significant water infrastructure funding, school accountability improvements and statewide preschool expansion.
“Hoosier businesses are critical to our state’s economy,” Aylesworth said. “Indiana has created the best business climate in the Midwest, and we must keep that momentum and support job creators large and small to keep our state moving in the right direction.”
